1. General Provisions

ppp77 ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online casino and betting service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to ppp77's website, mobile services, and all related digital services ("Services").

To use the Services, you must read, understand, and agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are asked to refrain from using the Services.

ppp77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any amendment will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") belonging to the same person are confirmed, ppp77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any earned bonuses.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — must be accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination and withdrawal holds.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login credentials fully confidential is your sole responsibility. Notify ppp77 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ppp77 is not liable for losses arising from third-party access.

3. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

ppp77 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳17,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not the total balance). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawal.

3.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless ppp77 explicitly approves it.
• Whether bets placed using a bonus count toward wagering calculations depends on the rules of the specific game.
• ppp77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer or promotion, though bonuses already claimed will not be affected.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the entire bonus and any related winnings may be voided.

3.4 VIP Program

ppp77's VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%; and Platinum — up to 1.0%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular activity and ppp77's internal criteria.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ppp77 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). No other methods are currently active.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Deposits and withdrawals must use the same method (e.g., if you deposited via bKash, you must withdraw via bKash).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the associated wagering requirements are met.
• ppp77 may request additional verification for any suspicious or unusual transaction, and processing may be delayed.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits in foreign currency are accepted, but a conversion rate will apply.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Account sharing or placing bets through a third party.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to collectively exploit bonus benefits.
• Using the Services for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game session is interrupted due to server downtime, network issues, or software errors, a refund of the bet or a restart will be arranged depending on the circumstances. ppp77 may reject any claim for a reward or win displayed as a result of a technical error.

5.4 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Official sources are used to determine match results. Bets on abandoned, suspended, or incomplete matches will be settled in accordance with ppp77's policy.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 ppp77's Authority

ppp77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of these Terms is confirmed.
• Provided information is found to be false or incomplete.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious behavior is found.
• A court order or directive from a legal authority is received.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your account at any time through the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed, subject to conditions.

6.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, ppp77 may apply an inactivity fee or archive the account. Prior notice will be given by email.

7. Responsible Gaming

ppp77 believes in responsible gaming. We offer players the option to voluntarily set limits — such as daily/weekly deposit limits, bet amount limits, and self-exclusion. This platform is for adults only (21+) and is intended for entertainment purposes.

• A game session is interrupted due to internet disconnection or network issues.
• Service usage is affected by limitations of your device, browser, or software.
• A transaction is delayed due to technical issues with a third-party payment gateway.
• Unforeseen natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unavoidable circumstances (force majeure).

Under no circumstances will ppp77's total liability exceed the amount of your most recent deposit.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective.

11.2 Language

These Terms are drafted in Bengali and the Bengali text shall be considered authoritative. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali text will take precedence.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between ppp77 and the user, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
